Did you Know?

A common style of vinyl window is pulled up and down. The sash can be made of wood, metal, or other material and may have glass in it. The sash typically has a bottom windowpane and an upper windowpane. These windows have hardware called balances on either side of the window to allow the window to stay in place when you raise it up. When this hardware fails your balance system will no longer hold the window sash up. If this is your issue you may need new hardware or have your balance system adjusted by a reputable company.
